Welcome to The Bluegrass Beach House! This recently renovated and updated bi-level home sits on Lake Michigan with its own private beach. The property includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are common areas consisting of a bi-level porch and wrap-around deck, plus an open kitchen, dining room, and living room area on the main floor — plus a second media area downstairs.
This home comfortably sleeps eight and features plenty of dining and social seating for all of your friends and family to enjoy meals, play games, or just catch up over a glass of wine. With a fully stocked kitchen, appliances, and a grill, you’ll be set for all your cooking needs.
We invite you to sleep in and have breakfast and coffee on the porch as you watch sailboats and freighters make their away across Lake Michigan. Spend your afternoons sunbathing on the beach with a book, swimming, or kayaking down the shoreline with the two provided kayaks. Alternatively, you might enjoy heading out and enjoying the many hidden gems in our local White Lake area.

There, you’ll find breweries, great local restaurants, pontoon rentals, shops, golf courses, and a weekly farmer’s market. The city of Muskegon and its downtown attractions are within 20 miles — also with access to breweries, a speakeasy, unique restaurants, shops, farmer’s markets, and more.

Probably the cleanest airbnb I’ve ever walked into. The pictures matched the quality of the house and the location. Outstanding view of the lake and such a peaceful and refreshing place to recharge. We will definitely return!!!

Our family was very happy we chose this house for our vacation. Everything about it was fantastic including clean and comfortable furniture, updates throughout the house, and an amazing outdoor space. Can’t say enough good things about the peaceful location, amazing view, and private beach access. We were sad to leave!

The Lake Michigan views and experience are hard to beat here. Rochelle’s Airbnb was located steps away from a gorgeous sandy section of the most perfect chilly lake water. It was dreamy. The multiple porches made the perfect spots for morning coffee and sunset viewings. The house had enough space for 6 adults to be comfortable and not squeezed in too tightly. Highly recommend this location.
